His litigation approach is grounded in targeted briefing, strategic negotiation, and efficient case management designed to minimize cost while maximizing leverage.

As a patent prosecutor and advisor to emerging companies, Andy drafts and prosecutes utility patents, Track One prioritized applications, composition-based claims, biotech inventions, and trademarks. He often works with scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs to translate complex technical concepts into strong, commercially meaningful intellectual-property protections.

A bilingual attorney fluent in English and Chinese, Andy is dedicated to delivering clear, and effective legal representation to individuals and businesses throughout Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area.
